In Biology class we're learning about mutations right now. Our teacher instructed four of us to go home and make chocolate cakes, each one a little different. Andrea was told to make a regular chocolate cake, Sam was told to make one with double sugar (which she forgot to do), Court made one without chocolate, and I was told to replace the sugar with SALT!
I went home and made it, putting in 1 CUP of SALT instead of sugar!
The next day at school everyone asked me how it turned out, and since I wanted them to try it and see their expressions after they ate it, I said, "It actually didn't taste as bad as I thought it would. I tasted the batter. You might like it." I wasn't lying!
In class I ate my piece first, except when I ate it I wasn't breathing so I didn't have to taste it, and immediately afterwards I drank some water and ate three cinnamon Altoids. I didn't make any weird faces or gag, so they all assumed it was ok. They were DEAD WRONG!!!
Two of the guys ate it whole and began gagging. One of them ran over to my desk, grabbed my water, and downed it in one gulp. The rest of the class had also tried it, and soon gagging noises filled the room. I got quite a bit of dirty looks, but no one was really mad at me.
I was able to sucker 7 seniors, 1 junior, and 1 freshman into eating the rest!
WHAT A GREAT DAY!!!

I'd better watch my back from now on....(hence the Spidey Sense)
