I saw The Dark Knight yesterday at 3:30 p.m. with my dad. We got our tickets, went in to the theatre, and WOW! IT'S PACKED!!! My sister was going to come with us, but it's a good thing she didn't b/c it was PACKED! I kid you not! About a minute after I had located two seats at the top, some guy came in and said, "This movie has been sold out, so everyone please kind of squish in together!" We were just in time!!

Heath Ledger (God rest his soul) was an excellent Joker! He really freaked me out! There were a lot of funny lines in the movie, most done by the Joker, but overall it was kind of disturbing and extremely dark. I have been depressed ever since I left the theater yesterday; that's how dark and depressing it was. There were a lot of intense moments and some that made me want to close my eyes b/c I thought something gruesome was about to happen (although it never did). Two-face will freak you out. Big time.

Overall...it was a great movie, but extremely dark, depressing, a bit disturbing. I liked it.

It's been sooo hectic at my house lately! We have a family coming over tomorrow that we've known since I was three....unfortunately, I no longer get along with the boys...and we use to be best friends *sob*.

I've been doing a lot of thinking lately. About life. About love. Hmmmm...I don't know.

I really like this new manga I'm reading called Black Cat. It's pretty good.

I get to see The Dark Knight this Sunday! YAY!!!! Go Bats!!

I just got done reading the three latest Tsubasa chapters. That manga has gotten WAY too confusing! I also just read Bleach chapters 317 and 318. Great IchiRuki moment in 317, BTW.

TITE KUBO, THE CREATOR OF BLEACH, IS COMING TO SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA FOR COMIC-CON ON JULY 26TH!!!

OMG!!! OMG!!!! YAY!!!

....at least that WOULD be my reaction if I wasn't going to CHICAGO THAT WEEKEND!!! *shouts obscenities at fate*

I need some new reading material. I have to con my mom into taking me to the mall...I need to buy the next volumes of Bleach, Eyeshield 21, and Chibi Vampire...perhaps I shall start to buy Beauty Pop...

My fellow class officers and I have found the place for our Junior/Senior Banquet (it's like a prom except without dancing. Why no dancing? B/c we go to a stupid private school...) It's going to be at a Holiday Inn. I'm so excited!!! I'm going to go down the night before we have it and rent a room so I can start decorating in the morning! I also am in charge of the Powerpoint that will have a slideshow of the senior's pictures! (Problem is getting the pictures from the seniors...bleh...perhaps I'll pawn that job off onto some unlucky sucker in my class).

I just saw Hancock with my friend Adam at 1:05 pm today. It was a really good movie; a little unorthodox for a superhero, but very entertaining with a surprising twist. My only complaint is the constant stream of swearwords at the beginning, and how they don't really clarify everything at the end. All that being said, it was a great movie.

I also just saw Get Smart with . Steve Carell(or however you spell his name) was really good as Max. It was funny, not ROFL, but funny.

The funniest thing happened last night. My dad and I went for a walk and ended up finding two stray kittens. This is funny because we're both allergic, and my Dad HATES cats. Surprisingly, they liked him better then they liked me (and I LOVE kitties!). They followed us home, and, well, I guess we have new cats. My dad named them Killer and Skittles (don't ask me why, he's crazy). We found out later from a neighbor that they were dropped off and left on our road. I had told my parents that, but they didn't believe someone would just do that. How did I figure it out?

A. They were skinny but otherwise healthy looking (nice fur, bright eyes, etc)

B. They kept stopping at one spot like they expected something was coming to get them

C. They were very friendly

They really are adorable! I only hope that our other cats will accpet them.

I'm really looking forward to Batman the Dark Knight, out next week! SQUEE!!!

I have finally decided to produce my own manga. I have already gotten the rough drafts for the first five chapters done, and am working on the sixth. The idea for this actually started about two years ago, and I have been developing the characters and storyline ever since. I plan on having at least 9 issues to a book, so my first one is almost done! Each chapter (aka issue) is about 18 pages long.
I'm going to get my dad to help me start a website where I will post the first chapter for everyone to read. As soon as I copyright the characters, I will also start posting promotional images on DA. I hope you will all enjoy them!
The genre for my comic would have to be Action/Romance, but there is a ton of comedy in it too.
